Собственно, сабж.

Кто что знает по конфигу - постите сюда.

Grass is disabled by default, to enable it, go into GAME.INI and edit the following:

GrassDensity=0.000000
GrassRadius=0.000000

Changing the values to something higher than 0.0 - initially i went for 1.0....
but performance nose dived so i reduced it to 0.5 and it's much better but i've
not played with it beyond this.

Переключение задач по Alt-TAB
Мы получили серию писем с просьбой разрешить работу Alt-TAB. Это можно сделать установив переменную в game.ini в ноль:

DISABLETASKSWITCH=0

Запрет был введен по причине частого случайного нажатия клавиши Windows в ходе игры, что раздражало игроков.

Уважаемая Embongo!

А может быть Вы нам поможете и выложите спецификацию по "Game.ini"? Ведь у вас она точно в документации по проекту есть. Это бы нам здорово облегчило жизнь

кому нужно - может исправить DISABLETASKSWITCH=0, чтобы включилось Alt+TAB.

0 - включено, 1 - выключено. Можно еще поиграть с текстурами,
в этом варианте включена VSYNC, ее можно отключить.
Отключены подсказки, их можно включить,

INI настроен на 512МБ RAM, своп - от 1,5 ГБ, и карту класса ATI 9800 или GF5900,
то есть у кого ниже можно отключать дальше, типа
DisableMiniTextures=1 и т.д.,

главное сохраняйте все шаги или копии файла.
Игра должна идти на 1024х768х32 с нормальным FPS.

DISABLETASKSWITCH=0 в DVD-версии не работает.
"LowQualityAnimation=1 ; for speed" существенно помогает для увеличения производительности/fps

DrawGraph=1 - включение отображения FPS и вейпоинтов (если DrawWayPoints=1)
DrawWayPoints=1 - включение вейпоинтов и, судя по всему, углов обзора npc
SHOWFPS=0 - включение отображения FPS

Уважаемые подскажите как увеличить видимую область а то вижу все на растоянии 20 метров и в бинокль когда смотрю показывает что ничего нет там а подхожу а оказывается есть
подозрение что нужно править параметры
LODCutDistance=10000
OBJCutDistance=20000
LEVCutDistance=20000
но вот на что?
И как тут ужо говорили мож действительно есть этот файлик в комментами после каждой строчки что она делает мож кто даст а мы уж бы как-нить разобрались что там править нада чтоб и покрасивее и побыстрее было..
