Chapter 2-3: Side Quests (Sewers, Umar Hills, ...)

Насколько я помню обсуждения на тему Celestial Fury на форумах, либо можно получить квест на вынос Slave Lords с помощью заклинания Limited Wish, либо как-то хитрее - при просмотре InfExplorer-ом диалогов Shangalar-а (Twisted Rune) имеется упоминание о Koshi - это как раз и есть владелец Celestial Fury в Guarded Compound.

Вот соответствующая ветка диалога :

Dialogs - HLSHANG
