Скажется конечно, но авторы этих модов оказались прозорливыми парнями (хотя, я думаю, им подсказывали ):

challenge v1.1:
"-The following combat skill advancement rates have been halved. (Axe, Blunt, Hand to Hand, Long Blade, Marksmen, Short Blade, and Spear)"

MWtweak:
"v1.4 - increased the attack speeds for creatures and NPCs a little. Decreased the rate of increase for armor skills a little to compensate, as you will now more than likely be getting hit more"

Krazedhermit's MultiMod v1.0:
"I've doubled the points required to level. Now it takes 20 skill increases to level. Be warned, this will cut your max level down.
I've doubled (possibly tripled) the amount of money it takes to buy a skill increase.
Combat skills have been reduced by 75%, so it should be alot more difficult to gain a skill increase.
Magic skills have been reduced by 70%, alot more difficult."

У Hard Difficulty я не нашел 'родного' описания (<censored>, неужели так трудно положить текстовый файлик в архив?! ). Похоже, в нем с этой стороны действительно "под одну гребенку".
