У кого-то были рпоблемы с "лагами" руля. не уверен,что поможет, но можно попробовать:
I had some steering lag which was making driving somewhat difficult since I had to do 5-10 laps before I got my timing in and I had to relearn it every time we changed cars.
I'm posting this here because someone mentioned on ventrilo that they had the same problem. All I did to fix it on my machine was to go to "Additional D3D Settings" in the nvidia control panel and set the Max frames to render ahead to 0
