Fix on how to play the game in english:
1) Get the game from my links posted above. Since every game is the same in the layout of the installation menu it is a piece of cake, if you want a screenshot-how-to then just let me know
2) Apply the ATi hotfix if you are an ATi user
3) Apply the 1.02 patch and crack, again, simple, install the patch, press next, choose the dir, press next and then ende. After that just replace the PTBase.dll in Psychotoxic\bin with the one provided in the crack archive
4) Install the codec called "VP3_Installer_Version_3.2.6.1.exe", else you won't be able to see the videos.
5) edit the file adinfo.lua in your Psychotoxicbin\ptbasedata\lua\ dir and change the line
GameSettings.language = "DE"
to
GameSettings.language = "EN"
6) (optional) to see the uncensored version of the game just delete the file PTLocaFX.lua in your Psychotoxic\bin\PTBaseData\lua dir and rename the file PTLocaFX1.lua into PTLocaFX.lua
