As you will be aware, the first mods are starting to appear for the GTR demo.
The system as we programmed it allowed loose files to be picked up first in a folder before the proprietary data from our technical partners which we had encrypted. We fully expected people to mod the game to their own liking, but because of the nature of the licenses we are working with; technology, manufacturers, teams, etc, we need to protect proprietary data so these licensors will continue working with us with confidence in the future.
We are glad that so many are enjoying the demo and appreciate that you will respect our contractual obligations.
We read the forum constantly and are very thankful for all the feedback and suggestions - we are working to implement as much as possible into this product and the next.
