В сети 2-й день обсуждают финансовое состояние Interplay. А эта новость тем паче сгущает краски:
Interplay haven't been paying the health insurance payments for the last few months, it seems IPLY recently revealed this to their employees and several just left the meeting. They also told the employees that they really didn't have to come in this week, since there's a good chance they won't be paid.

Just spoke with Luke Haase. He said that Herve (Caen) told him that he was buying the shares of Interplay, because he thinks that it is a good investment (underlying message that Luke picked up was that Herve is confident that the stock price is going to go up. It's a pretty powerful message when a CEO buys that many shares of his own company).

I spoke with Luke Haase today, and he said that Vivendi and Avalon both owe Interplay money and that they are expecting payment from them sometime this week. They are expecting a payment in the range of 3 million dollars. Interplay is also right now in negotiations to sell an intellectual property to raise additional capital and has begun preliminary talks with several banks in order to raise money to fund all of their current and pending games.
Короче ситуация донельзя запутанная, и я бы повременил обсуждать, будет 3-й фол или не будет, и каким, тут судьба самого Interplay неизвестна ...
