Ставь кодеки с диска.
Конечно перемудрили они с меню. Зачем было так извращаться, делать его на остнове видео?

Качем понтоваться, какая у тебя крутая конфа, если руки из жопы и настроить ты свою конфу не можешь???

Hi. I have the same problem as described and shown on pictures above (movies not working, game not starting). Unfortunately i don't understand russian. Can anyone PLEASE write the solution to this problem in english? The game was yesterday released in Poland, that's where I got it from :)

Install video-codecs Windows Media 9 (folder with codecs must be present on disk with game).

Ok I installed the codecs and movies now work fine. Unfortunately after the intro the screen stays white and nothing is happening. I also tried loading a savegame made by someone after the intro and I've seen the loading screen for the first time. But it stopped at 99% and the game got "no response" status. Any suggestions?

This is a known problem. The patch must corrects it. Wait Patch for non-russian version or try russian patch 1.2 (correct work is not guaranteed for non-russian localization :))

P/S/ What OS is installed? WinVista? This game is not loaded in Vista - you see only load screen or the screen stays white. Only WinXP/Win2000.

Ok I got through it. I just had to allow "ds2main.exe" to connect to the internet (with firewall) and the game started (level loaded).


Unfortunately, there is another bug. All characters, monsters, bodies, weapons are INVISIBLE (I can see only their shadows). Do you know what to do with it?

My computer: Athlon 2600+, 512mb ram, geforce 6600 256mb, winxp sp2, directx9.0.c (the newest release), Forceware 93.71 ( I also tried 91.47 which are included on the game dvd).

I can't use the russian patch, as it came on 3cds and Polish version is on DVD and has StarForce too :( I think my version was also pre-patched to 1.02 version, but not sure about it.

on the left should be a corpse but there is only shadow (every monster, person in the game looks like this). on the right there is something wrong with lightning (hdr?). this is similar to screens in this topic: http://www.kamrad.ru/showthread.php?...5&pagenumber=3

can you please help me? i tried russian patch 1.2 but it doesn't work with my version. any other ideas? PLZ HLP ME :)
